LGV acquired LGC in 2004 with a strategy to support organic growth while looking to pursue complementary acquisitions in this fast-growing market. Since the original transaction, LGV has supported the business with a number of acquisitions, contributing to a near-doubling of turnover under LGV’s period of ownership.
