LGV ranked amongst world's top 20 PE houses in Private Equity News survey
LGV is delighted to have been ranked 14th globally in the Private Equity News annual performance survery of private equity funds. The survey, published by Private Equity News in December 2010, is produced by French busness school HEC Paris using data from Preqin and Thomson VentureXpert and measures performance across the global private equity market using a number of different performance measures. LGV's ranking in 14th spot means it is the highest ranked private equity firm investing solely in the United Kingdom.
LGV is a well established provider of private equity in the UK market and part of the Legal & General Group. LGV has a 20 year history of successfully backing management teams in consumer, leisure, services and healthcare sectors.
