We typically invest in companies in the mid-market, with LGV making an equity investment in excess of £20 million.
Geography
We invest in companies which are headquartered in the British Isles.
Sector focus
LGV focuses on four sectors: consumer, leisure, healthcare and services.
Business characteristics
LGV seek to invest in businesses with the following qualities:
- First class, proven management
- Mature, profitable businesses with established track records
- Cash generative
- Excellent growth prospects
- Established and defensible market positions (no start-ups or early-stage companies)
- Potential for exit
